Bee pollen is a collection or a ball of pollen that you young bees make from a flower. It contains a mixture of saliva, nectar, honey, and pollen. Bees carry the balls to the hive using sacs on their legs where it’s stored in the honeycomb in the hive. The pollen ferments to form bee bread and is used to feed the bee colony.
